Requirements

1-3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key hires across go-to-market (GTM), operations, and technical roles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging creative outreach, networking, and employer branding
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and structure interview processes
  • Implement tools and processes to improve recruiting efficiency, track metrics, and ensure a data-driven approach to hiring
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Tellius’ reputation as a great place to work
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Work with leadership to prioritize key partners, including technology providers, resellers, and industry influencers
  • Own partner outreach, negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring mutual value and strong long-term collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create co-branded campaigns, joint webinars, and GTM initiatives with partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Take on high-impact, cross-functional projects critical to scaling a startup, such as fundraising support, business process improvements, and market expansion initiatives
  • Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives that shape the company’s future
  • Research and execute process improvements that streamline operations and improve efficiency across teams
  • Act as a problem solver and operator, stepping into different areas as needed to drive business growth
