Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred) is required
- Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list of contacts
- Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of our services
- Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies
- Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled
