Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Facebook Ads minimum)
- Holds certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads)
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a particular talent for crafting high-converting sales copy

- High attention to detail and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement and manage end-to-end paid ads campaigns on leading platforms that deliver the highest ROAS for clients
- Write ad copy that converts: Craft clear, concise, and persuasive ad headlines and descriptions that resonate with target audiences and compel them to click
- Write video scripts for ads that will provide optimal CTR and conversions
- Collaborate in developing landing pages for ads campaigns that will resonate with the target market and convert optimally
- Implement analytics to track conversion and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client goals
- Stay on top of industry trends: Continuously learn and adapt to the ever-evolving world of paid advertising, exploring new cutting-edge strategies and platforms
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the paid ads manager and other team members including web developers, designers, content writers, and the marketing team to develop cohesive strategies and track campaign performance towards achieving common goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional paid advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
