Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably across Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and conversion tracking
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools
  • Proven experience building comprehensive reporting and analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methods for SEM optimization
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with multi-plan subscription models

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEM strategies to drive traffic growth
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify traffic-driving opportunities
  • Create compelling ad copy and experiment with new creatives aimed at improving CTR
  • Create compelling landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize impressions, clicks, and overall traffic
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging SEM opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, content, and data teams to ensure alignment between paid search and organic strategies
  • Implement A/B testing for ads and landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track traffic metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage SEM budgets to maximize traffic growth while maintaining a strong focus on ROI and efficiency
