Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably across Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and conversion tracking
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools
- Proven experience building comprehensive reporting and analytics
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methods for SEM optimization
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with multi-plan subscription models
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEM strategies to drive traffic growth
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify traffic-driving opportunities
- Create compelling ad copy and experiment with new creatives aimed at improving CTR
- Create compelling landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize impressions, clicks, and overall traffic
- Identify and capitalize on emerging SEM opportunities
- Collaborate closely with SEO, content, and data teams to ensure alignment between paid search and organic strategies
- Implement A/B testing for ads and landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates
- Utilize data analytics tools to track traffic metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Manage SEM budgets to maximize traffic growth while maintaining a strong focus on ROI and efficiency
