Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role in a B2B SaaS technology company
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proven track record of successfully marketing products with and to channel partners
- Strong grasp of B2B marketing strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in prioritizing, creative problem-solving, and multitasking in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
- Experience in solving partner challenges creatively and using data to inform business decisions
- Demonstrated ability in setting goals, developing opportunities, and providing reporting to identify trends and improve partner performance
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
- Identify key partners, build relationships, and craft marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling marketing collateral
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, campaigns, and marketing assets for each stage of the partner journey
- Equip and enable sales teams with the tools for effectively positioning and selling products
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize the impact of marketing initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities
- Represent Vanta at events like conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Work closely with product management to influence the product roadmap based on partner input
- Collaborate with growth and business development teams to identify and onboard new partners
