Requirements

  • Technical expertise, with a minimum 5 years of data warehouse and/or MarTech solutions engineering experience
  • Composable CDP experience - Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran, dbt, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Data Cloud, Hightouch
  • SQL and Cloud data warehouse experience - Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery are a plus
  • Able to develop compelling, insightful composable CDP solutions
  • Experience presenting data or MarTech solutions to large audiences at all levels of an organization
  • Passionate advocate of the modern data warehouse ecosystem
  • Customer-facing experience with a strong sense of empathy and relationship management

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted partner in the cross-adoption of Hightouch and our Technology Partners
  • Own the Technical side of ISV Partnerships, including: Providing ISV training and enablement to our internal SE and Sales team
  • Providing Hightouch training to ISV partner field teams
  • Work with product, sales, and development teams at Hightouch and our partners to improve user experience and provide feedback for feature development
  • Develop and present impactful demos showcasing the business value of Hightouch tailored for Technology Partners & Customers at trade shows, webinars, and engagement meetings
  • Support partners developing integrations with Hightouch
  • Participate in product, sales, and partner certifications to acquire and maintain skills
  • Attain quarterly and annual goals assigned by management

About The Role

We are growing the Hightouch ISV Partnerships team and looking for a Partner Solution Engineer who will help shape the CDP landscape for our ISV partners. You will join an experienced and driven team of Partnership professionals. The Hightouch Partner Solution Engineer understands the modern CDP ecosystem and the role that Hightouch plays in enabling our shared customers to transform their warehouse and MarTech stack. Our partners are your customers. You’re responsible for delivering on all activities required to guarantee a thriving Partner Ecosystem, including product demos, hands-on enablement and training, and creation of go-to-market solutions with partner products.

What You’ll Do

  • Become a trusted partner in the cross-adoption of Hightouch and our Technology Partners

What We’re Looking For

  • 25% Travel involved

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience building bridges between Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams, internally and externally

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000 OTE (7030 variable) USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
