Requirements

  • Experience with CAT Tools is required
  • Very good analytical and organizational skills
  • Resilient in stressful situations
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications and services (e.g MS Office)

  • Continually identify and implement process improvements and best practices to optimize project outcomes
  • Adapt to shifting schedules to manage global project timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, R, or others
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization
  • Understanding of data structures and basic data modeling, which can aid in structuring projects and understanding client needs more deeply
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to enhance data-driven decision-making

We are currently looking for Data Services Project Managers and Senior Data Services Project Managers. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of large and complex data services projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and successful delivery of data projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage resources, monitor progress, and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations.

These positions are fully remote at this time and require that you have reliable internet connection.

This is a part time position and a typical work week would be somewhere between 20-30 hours but will vary based on the company’s needs.

  • This position will work PST time from 9-5 or 10-6.

  • A keen interest in AI and machine learning, with an understanding of data services and their impact on AI performance.

  • Good to have:

    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, R, or others.
    • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
    • Understanding of data structures and basic data modeling, which can aid in structuring projects and understanding client needs more deeply.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to enhance data-driven decision-making.
