Summary

Join Point as a Sr Manager, Revenue Operations to drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and align sales, marketing, and other teams. Requirements

  • Several years of experience working on strategic problems, particularly those focused on revenue-generating functions
  • Experience working at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or a high-growth tech company in a revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, or similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Highly analytical and data-driven. Pro at building complex spreadsheet models, writing SQL queries, and creating top-notch dashboards
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes to enable efficient growth
  • First-hand experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Chorus, Talkdesk)
  • Exceptional collaborator. Able to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Strong ownership mentality. Results-oriented and known as someone who simply gets things done
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and may also have an MBA

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to define KPIs, create dashboards, and measure the performance of the sales and customer experience teams
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Formulate proposals and lead implementation of solutions
  • Streamline processes across departments, ensuring processes are documented, repeatable, and scalable
  • Evaluate, propose, implement, and oversee 3rd party sales enablement and automation technologies, ensuring they are optimized for performance. Work closely with our product team to implement in-house solutions to enable sales efforts
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and drive cohesive go-to-market strategies. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for revenue operations initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities
  • Own one-off strategic projects aimed at optimizing revenue functions and driving growth
