Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable insights
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally within the organization
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and optimize processes for allergy practice operations, aesthetic medicine projects, and other specialty initiatives
- Conduct data analysis to assess project performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Specialty Operations team
- Support marketing and AI/machine learning projects by gathering requirements, coordinating activities, and analyzing performance metrics
- Assist in the development and documentation of SOPs and best practices for allergy practice scaling and other non-medical dermatology projects
- Ensure consistent communication across teams, acting as a liaison to streamline processes and enhance inter-departmental collaboration
- Track project milestones, maintain organized records, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
