Responsibilities

• Monitor all incoming and outgoing payments to our Account holders
• Investigate source of funds and identify red flags regarding the customers activity
• Apply sound decision making, review payments and services with compliance and risk considerations
• Perform Compliance investigation and analysis
• Detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior patterns by using sophisticated in-house built monitoring systems
• Contact end users and report to internal and external providers while maintaining operational SLAs, and work closely with other teams, groups, and departments to support the development of compliance-related tools
