Requirements
- You have experience in a high-growth international startup environment (preferably in Tech) and 5+ years of progressive HR experience including 2+ years managing a People operations team
- You’ve done this before - Previous experience with People Operations functions establishing processes, tools and day-to-day operations
- Solid project management skills including advanced stakeholder Process, Details and Data oriented
- Knowledge of French HR operations is a must
- You are fluent in French and English
Responsibilities
- Employee support
- Oversee employee support ensuring fast and efficient turn-around and best-in-class employee experience
- Identify policy & process improvements as well as tooling and/or training & documentation needs based on nature & volume of questions and partner with HR ops team, HRBPs, HR experts, IT team and others to design and implement changes, methodology for the team to support and metrics to monitor team efficiency
- Identify and implement key metrics to monitor and report on employee questions and on your team’s efficiency
- Manage escalations
- HR operations
- Oversee and in some cases directly support operations of key HR programs and policies such as
- Employee onboarding & set-up
- Employee records & employment documentations (contracts, amendments, etc)
- Benefits & Leaves administration
- Immigration
- Administrative offboarding, etc
- Oversee Payroll to ensure timely processing of recurring pay variables (eg. leaves, meal vouchers, etc) and all payroll changes (salary, title, department, etc)
- Monitor and report on policy usage & trends (eg. increase in absenteeism, etc)
- Identify program/process improvement and/or automation opportunities and partner with HRBPs and HR experts (COEs) to design and implement them
- Team Management
- Manage day-to-day activities of your team members
- Grow and develop team members ensuring collaboration and engagement
