Requirements

  • Extensive experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, with a focus on long-term vision and strategic alignment
  • Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into product strategy
  • Experience mentoring and developing product management talent across multiple teams
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and proficiency in Agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, non-engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful product solutions

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy across multiple teams, aligning stakeholders on customer-focused outcomes that drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with executive leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to align product development with business goals
  • Drive data-informed decision-making, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring product development aligns with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Champion product management excellence across the organization, setting best practices and mentoring teams to deliver innovative products that meet evolving customer and market demands
  • Act as the primary advocate for customer needs at an organizational level, ensuring customer insights inform product strategies and business goals
  • Lead large-scale, complex product initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business growth
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation through execution and beyond, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering against business objectives
