Join the Unit Cloud Services team as a Process Manager and contribute to delivering a secure, stable, and innovative public cloud platform. As a Process Manager, you will adapt and implement processes to meet the specific needs of modern Cloud IT Operations.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training
- 5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies
- Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps
- Extensive knowledge in infrastructure automation
- Knowledge of agile development processes
- High level of customer orientation
- Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions
- OpenStack and programming experience in open source projects is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Adapt and implement processes to the specific needs of modern Cloud IT Operations
- Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows
- Consistently automate with common frameworks
- Design and implement internal tools and services
- Maintain an overview of processes, communication, and motivation within the team
- Establish and communicate processes where necessary
- Engage in improving overarching process-landscapes and structures
