Remote Product Analyst

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL (Redshift experience preferred) and dashboarding tools like Metabase
• Experience with Google Analytics and integrating App Store data
• 2-4 years of experience in a product analytics, data analytics, or business intelligence role, preferably in a tech or startup environment
• Proven track record of building accurate, efficient dashboards and conducting detailed data analyses
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and independent approach
• High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and quality before sharing insights
• Ability to communicate insights effectively and work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Quickly build and iterate on dashboards using Metabase, integrating data from Redshift, Google Analytics, and the App Store
• Continuously refine dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and business needs to ensure they remain useful and relevant
• Independently verify the accuracy of data before sharing dashboards with stakeholders, ensuring the information is correct and reliable
• Implement processes to regularly audit dashboards for consistency and accuracy
• Analyse and translate results from A/B testing, LTV calculations, churn analysis, and other experiments into actionable insights
• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behaviour and performance metrics to generate recommendations that align with business needs
• Work on product optimisation initiatives, using insights and data analysis to improve product performance and company KPIs
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to validate and support product changes using accurate data insights
• Take full ownership of data and analytics processes, showing a hands-on approach to resolving issues as they arise
• Communicate findings and propose solutions to stakeholders proactively, ensuring data drives product decisions effectively
