Responsibilities

  • Support the HubSpot Product team as the go-to person for culture and events-related tasks, including welcoming new hires through community-building programing and in-office global onboarding initiatives
  • Organizing regional office events and programming, both in Dublin and across our other EMEA offices
  • Coordinating delight moments for our employees
  • Booking office spaces and local venues for in-person events
  • Assisting in event management and travel preparation for large-scale marquee events
