Summary

Join our client's Marketing Production team as a Print Production Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns across APAC, supporting finishing, localization, and adaptation of print and digital assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in print and digital production
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and a meticulous nature
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and comfort in a client-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple campaigns at various stages simultaneously
• Proactively solve problems while managing time, resources, and stakeholders efficiently
• Be solution-oriented, finding ways to achieve deliverables crucial to campaign success
• Coordinate asset delivery, including file and folder management, ensuring timely completion
• Plan timelines for reviewing and providing feedback on multiple asset formats
• Keep internal asset and project management tools updated, gathering information from cross-functional teams
• Understand each title’s asset suite and localization needs
• Collaborate with the Print Producer to ensure artwork availability for localization, managing deadlines for successful on-time delivery
• Brief internal and external teams on localization adaptations, ensuring accurate production across various formats and languages
• Oversee the quality control process using internal localization workflows and tools, managing everything from artwork to text and title treatments
