Remote Product Lead

Summary

Join our team as a Product Lead and Human-Centered Design Lead to guide product strategy and development while ensuring user needs are at the forefront of our design processes for delivery of SaaS/PaaS solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management and human-centered design
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and design thinking principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy in alignment with Customer goals
• Lead product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and develop product roadmaps
• Champion human-centered design principles across the organization, ensuring user needs are central to all product decisions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and inform design improvements
• Work with designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, from wireframes to prototypes
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage innovative thinking and foster a user-centric culture
