Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or sales intelligence sectors
- Proven experience leading product initiatives that focus on company or contact search within the lead generation, prospecting, or sales intelligence sectors
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data integration, with a track record of delivering products that align with sales and marketing workflows
- Expertise in product metrics and data analysis to inform product decisions and optimise product performance
- Experience with user-centric design, with a focus on driving user engagement through product features
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the Target product, ensuring its functionality aligns with user needs and sales workflows
- Work closely with UX and product design teams to ensure a user-centric interface, providing intuitive search capabilities and robust filtering options that enhance user engagement
- Use company and contact data to deliver actionable insights for B2B sales teams, helping them target the right prospects at the right time. Maintain the accuracy and compliance of our extensive European B2B dataset
- Define and monitor key product metrics to guide data-driven decisions and assess the impact of new features on user engagement, growth, and retention
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth product launch and ongoing support for the sales and marketing processes
