Requirements
- Experience: You have a strong background in B2B lead generation, ideally in renewable energy or tech, with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Track Record: Proven success in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and grow revenue while adhering to budgets and meeting desired outcomes
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to draw insights from data and make informed decisions
- CRM and Marketing Automation: Youโre experienced with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, leveraging them to influence the market. Salesforce experience required; HubSpot and ABM tools a big plus
- Key Lead Generation Strategies: Breadth of expertise across B2B lead generation strategies, including LinkedIn & Meta advertising, Google ads, email campaigns, event sponsorships, and ABM
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Growth mindset: You desire to be recognized as a leader in your space, with aspirations for future leadership and management
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy that aligns with Omnidian's business goals, focusing on enterprise and mid-market customers
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that engage target audiences through digital, offline, and event marketing
- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to identify, engage, and nurture high-value accounts, using tailored content and targeted tactics to drive conversions
- Create robust lead generation frameworks to attract, engage, and convert prospects
- Develop and deploy omni-channel campaigns that set new standards for creativity and effectiveness in the industry
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools skillfully to build a sustainable lead ecosystem
- Analyze market trends and use insights to drive Omnidianโs market presence
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to help shorten sales cycles and support revenue goals
- Optimize conversion tactics to turn each interaction into a potential customer win
- Build cross-team connections and drive alignment across the sales funnel to ensure collaborative wins that support business goals
- Collaborate with product marketing and BI to turn raw data into meaningful stories that resonate with different audiences and support their journey through the sales funnel
- Work closely with the content team to create messages that inspire action, always keeping SEO and best practices in mind
- Help champion demand generation content that educates the market and positions Omnidian as a leader in renewable energy
- Establish key metrics to evaluate the success of lead generation efforts, and build meaningful and detailed reports. Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Manage the lead generation budget, making sure resources are used effectively across marketing channels
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to make sure everyone is aligned on messaging, lead qualification, and nurturing processes
- Conduct prospect research to ensure weโre targeting the entire space within our ideal client profiles
- Accurately forecast growth and conversion rates, collaborating with marketing and sales leadership
- Improve engagement and conversion metrics across the marketing funnel, optimizing social media, digital advertising & paid media, and email
