Remote Project Manager, Scrum Master

Join our growing Tech Holding family as a Project Manager/Scrum Master and take charge of technical teams to exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (4-5 years), must be a certified scrum master, ideally within a fast-moving startup or agile environment
• Strong knowledge of Scrum frameworks and agile principles
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools for tracking and managing sprints
• Demonstrated experience in leading process changes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives)
• Manage and maintain Jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking of work and facilitating team collaboration
• Support release management, ensuring smooth delivery of product increments and working closely with engineering teams
• Drive process improvements within the teams, helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for greater efficiency
• Guide the engineering teams in adopting agile best practices and values, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Work closely with the Web Platform team, with the opportunity to expand support to a second team over time (likely Martech: CRM, data analytics, pixels and cookies, paid media, advertising)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and execution timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest and/or experience in e-commerce is preferred
• Experience in supporting multiple teams is a plus, especially in areas like Martech (CRM, data analytics, paid media, and advertising)
