Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a prospector or in a relevant role
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work on a US time zone shift
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Identify potential US-based clients for The VA Group
• Create a comprehensive list of leads and schedule appointments for our Sales Development team
• Engage potential leads via SMS or emails for our campaign

Benefits

• Initial Rate: $1.50 per hour during your first 5 days of training
• Post-Training Compensation: Commission-based, released bi-weekly. $30 per appointment held by Sales Representatives
• $45 bonus for each signed contract
