Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in real estate or a related industry
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets
• Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools for remote work is a plus
• Basic understanding of real estate, property values, and investment concepts is a plus
• Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and find creative solutions
• Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to landlords using provided leads to discuss potential real estate investment opportunities
• Conduct thorough conversations to understand the landlord's situation, assess their needs, and evaluate the potential for a mutually beneficial investment
• Accurately document lead interactions, details of conversations, and any relevant information in the CRM system
• Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients
• Collaborate with team members and schedule appointments with Senior Real Estate
