Summary
Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Sourcer (3 month contract) to identify and attract top talent in digital marketing disciplines.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a tech or digital marketing environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry terminology
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (such as Lever, Greenhouse, etc)
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the needle in the haystack
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- Conducting market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends relevant to digital marketing roles
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a diverse candidate slate
- Reviewing resumes within the ATS to support the high volume of applications
- Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics and candidate pipeline progress, providing insights to improve sourcing strategies
- A brand ambassador for Wpromote through engaging candidate communication and showcasing our company culture
