RevOps Data Engineer

Summary

Join Hostaway, a market-leading SaaS scale-up transforming the vacation rental industry, as a Data Engineer to support internal RevOps function. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing data infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of revenue-related processes, and providing critical insights through data analysis.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering in a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with CRM such as Salesforce or Hubspot
• Proven proficiency with Google Cloud or AWS for data storage, processing, and management
• Experience with Google Big Query (or similar) for large-scale data warehousing and querying
• Proven experience in managing data pipelines and infrastructure in a rapidly scaling environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver data-driven insights

Responsibilities

• Support the development of our data warehouse, contributing to scalable data infrastructure and models that ensure reliable insights
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics to support decision-making
• Administer, iterate, and potentially implement various architectural components of our RevOps platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure seamless integration of data sources
• Collaborate and consult with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on revenue goals and reporting needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation
• Experience supporting revenue operations, or a related field, especially with commercial performance KPIs is a plus
• Experience with DBT
• Experience with Airflow, Fivetran, or similar
