Responsibilities

  • Collect, maintain, analyze, and deliver accurate point-of-sale reports on regular cycles (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Evaluate and report customer, retailer channel, and market performance data to enhance sales productivity, direct marketing initiatives, support forecasting, and assist in business planning
  • Produce and distribute insightful, actionable Ad-Hoc reports promptly. Respond quickly to ad-hoc requests
  • Utilize data to stay ahead of trends, gauge product demand, report findings, and validate customer forecast data. Provide feedback to align forecasts when discrepancies are found
  • Develop productive relationships with key retailer contacts to align on sales, promotional forecasts, and supply chain initiatives
  • Ensure submission, validation, and sharing of monthly stock and sales reports within internal SLA, working with customers who have yet to submit them
  • Collaborate with the internal BI team to provide weekly inventory health reports and build automated reporting
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain healthy customer in-stocks
  • Analyze product categories, assortments, price points, locations, and trends to capture and report relevant business insights
  • Actively participate in and support the line review process
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc data reporting and analysis

Job description

Sales Analyst, Focusrite Group Americas (FGA)

Based: California, US or Remote (US)

Term: Full time

Salary: $60000 - $75000 pa plus $10k bonus and generous benefits

The Role

This role will provide sales insights, financial reporting, and modeling support to the region’s SVP. This person will also ensure that reporting and analysis for all the sales channels are developed and available on time and complete ad hoc projects as requested.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, as this is not a developmental role. There is room for them to shape the role and establish key processes and reporting, so it should still offer a challenge even for someone with a good depth and breadth of experience in analytics.
