Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, ideally in tech, digital, or SaaS industries
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in a business
  • Strong knowledge of technology, digital, and innovation
  • Experience working internationally, with strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency in crafting and delivering persuasive presentations and product positioning against competitors
  • Ability to drive the entire sales process from planning to closing
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base, focusing on long-term client relationships
  • Build and manage a sustainable business pipeline, identifying and closing opportunities in target and emerging markets
  • Leading the proposal and quotation process and actively participating in contract negotiations throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Drive market awareness by attending major industry events, collaborating with technology partners, and creating campaigns to attract new prospects
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competition and create strategies to expand the company portfolio through partnerships, especially in global markets
  • Take a data-driven approach in account planning, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and aligning with commercial objectives
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships at both commercial and technical levels
  • Lead brand strategy initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation within the industry
