Remote Sales Consultant

Summary

Join Zipdev's remote team as a Sales Representative and collaborate with a US-based client. Reporting to the Director of Sales and/or Vice President, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, manage sales leads, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales targets. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in a similar role and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Representative or other similar role
• Proficiency using Salesforce CRM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience composing professional emails, etc
• Team player, willing to jump in where needed
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong customer service skills
• Takes initiative and can prioritize tasks
• Thrives in a fast-paced, busy work environment
• Able to observe strict confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new business opportunities via phone and email
• Managing and tracking sales leads and opportunities using our CRM system
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned
