  • Experience in the healthcare industry, or other highly regulated industry
  • Experience managing a sales / sales development team in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with offshore Business Development Reps (BDRs) through an agency
  • Experience and proficiency working with some or all of our tech stack: Salesforce, Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong, etc

About the Role

We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Development Manager to join the growing Provider Sales Team at Rula! This is an exciting opportunity to manage, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) as we continue to grow the therapist and psychiatric provider network nationwide. This person will play a significant role in improving the team’s effectiveness and will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop new resources, playbooks, and processes to support sustainable growth as the team continues to scale.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience managing a metrics-driven sales / business development team

  • 4+ years of overall Sales experience, preferably in scaled / SaaS or healthcare sales

  • Previously responsible for driving team-wide performance metrics, with the ability to perform mid-level salesforce data analysis to identify trends and opportunities

  • Experience evaluating talent and hiring successful sales development reps
