Join our Membership team as a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spend each day talking to potential members about the benefits of Compound, identifying potential customers, driving customer meetings, and facilitating the experience through our sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other relevant sales tools
  • Experience in wealth management and personal finance

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and research their financial needs
  • Drive customer meetings for financial advisors through outbound emails and phone calls
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate resources and next steps
  • Facilitate the experience through our sales funnel, ensuring client needs are met as they’re connected with Financial Advisors, tax professionals, and other members of our team
  • Conduct ad hoc projects that improve Compound's lead generation playbook
