Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in financial services, including experience working with advisory firms such as a wholesaling role, insurance role, custodian role, breakaway recruiting role, or other related RIA M&A role
- Demonstrated success in driving advisory groups to a decision through a defined process
- A strong understanding of investment advisers and their clientsβ needs
- Self-starting, with the ability to work independently
- High energy
- Strategically focused and business-minded
Responsibilities
- Execute and improve the firmβs existing recruitment process
- Develop strong relationships with advisory teams and support them through the transition planning process
- Manage a pipeline of relationships
