Sales Enablement Director

Summary

Join Juul Labs as the Director, Sales Enablement & Training, reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Execution & Operations. You will establish and implement strategic plans to enhance the US commercial sales team's effectiveness and efficiency. This role involves building and scaling a team to deliver training, manage onboarding, set standards, and create resources for career development and performance management. You will provide thought leadership and support to develop sales growth strategies. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in the CPG industry, particularly in convenience retail and tobacco/nicotine sales. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• 5+ years of demonstrated people leadership of both field and key account sales organizations
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and process for onboarding new sales personnel
• Develop and implement value-generating learning and development programs
• Partner with strategy and execution teams to ensure efficient implementation of new initiatives
• Partner with sales leadership to create unique and compelling incentives in support of commercial goals
• Establish and scale a strong team responsible for ongoing training, development, and performance management

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience in convenience retail and tobacco/nicotine industry
• Advanced Degree
• Curiosity with a passion for continuous improvement
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and tactfully communicate rationale to stakeholders
