Responsibilities

  • Grow your assigned vertical by closing new clients
  • Engage with executive leaders to discuss business-relevant solutions and effectively communicate the product benefits and advantages relative to competitor offerings
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans in collaboration with members of the Front Office sales team, including Business Development Representatives
  • Become a subject matter expert in your prospect's industry through research, consult with clients to understand their relationship development strategies, and identify areas where Leadership Connect can help
  • Provide appropriate solutions for every prospective customer, highlighting Leadership Connects' ability to add speed, efficiency, and accuracy to their work, ultimately boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability

About the Role

As a Sales Director (Associate โ€“ Senior level), you will be an essential part of our Front Office Team, working with one of our three client verticals, Federal Agencies, Government Contractors, or Public Policy teams. Sales Directors engage new customers, present new and innovative use cases to solve customer challenges, and win new business expanding Leadership Connects new customer logos. You will take ownership of new client interactions with a strong focus on a solutions-oriented mindset to meet the needs of our clients.

Core Functions of the Role:

About You:

$85,000 - $100,000 a year

This role will also have a variable commission based on sales experience and potential.
