Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/business development
- Advanced English, fluent Ukrainian
- Excellent business communication and argumentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with statistics, draw data-driven insights and apply them in negotiations
- High productivity, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and existing client management
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through email and LinkedIn, categorising leads, understanding their needs and potential, and negotiating terms of cooperation
- Building and keeping strong, long-lasting client relationships, looking for ways to grow advertising campaigns and discussing possible strategies with clients
- Tracking the performance of current campaigns and adjusting agreements to meet business goals
- Researching new business models, learning from industry leaders, and implementing innovative strategies
