Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Advanced English, fluent Ukrainian
  • Excellent business communication and argumentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with statistics, draw data-driven insights and apply them in negotiations
  • High productivity, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and existing client management
  • Identifying and contacting potential clients through email and LinkedIn, categorising leads, understanding their needs and potential, and negotiating terms of cooperation
  • Building and keeping strong, long-lasting client relationships, looking for ways to grow advertising campaigns and discussing possible strategies with clients
  • Tracking the performance of current campaigns and adjusting agreements to meet business goals
  • Researching new business models, learning from industry leaders, and implementing innovative strategies
