Requirements
- Must have: C1/C2 level in English as the primary language of communication (both speaking and writing)
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the SEO or digital marketing sector
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Practical knowledge of negotiation techniques, sales, and customer service
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of SEO services to potential clients
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their pain points, and offer tailored solutions to address their specific challenges
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proactiveness, results-driven, creativity and problem-solving approach
- Highly self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated on industry developments and continuously improving sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through various sales channels
- Proactively sell SEO services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain a client base primarily through phone calls and video conferences
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients
- Conduct initial SEO assessments and develop tailored advertising strategies with Teams
- Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations about SEO services
- Conduct sales negotiations, finalize contracts, and oversee their execution
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets
- Prepare regular analyses and reports on sales activities and results
- Collaborate with Account Management, Content, Link Building, and SEO Teams as well as their respective Team Leaders
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and competitor activities
- Participate in industry events and conferences
