Remote Sales Systems Administrator

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, systems administration, or technical support role
• Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation, configuration, and administration of non-Salesforce sales tools
• Provide technical support and training to team members on all sales tools
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration between various tools and systems in the go-to-market stack
• Oversee data accuracy and integrity across tools, implementing best practices for data governance
• Generate insights and reports from various tools to help inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes
• Continuously assess and recommend improvements to existing tools and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and training materials for all tools and processes related to the go-to-market team
