Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
• Advantage: Degree in Business / Economics / Law
• Mandatory: Fluency in English
• Proficiency in another language is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire sales/purchase process for the assigned business unit(s)
• Creating proposals for customers and purchase orders for vendors
• Communication with customers and vendors
• Obtaining, managing, and tracking of customers’ purchase orders
• Coordinating between global and local management
• Collaborating with Project Managers to create, update, and supervise the structure and budget of customer projects in our internal system
• Billing customers
• Various Sales Administration tasks on demand
• Reviewing and validating Invoices from vendors
• Administrative support to various departments in the company including operations, marketing and human resources
