Join BaubleBar as a Junior Systems Administrator to manage daily operations within our iPaaS environments, oversee integrations across ERP and front-end sales channels, and optimize resource allocation. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the implementation of all Integration related tasks
• Gather and refine the understanding of stakeholder requirements for Systems upgrades
• Evaluate requests for assistance and respond to users within agreed service level standards
• Interview users or query for additional information about requests as needed
• Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Celigo and Boomi Integrations
• Revise Engineering Department SOP documentation as required
• Train/re-train users on solutions as required
