Requirements

  • 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience including ownership of building, scaling, and maintaining a rapidly growing salesforce instance
  • Strong ability to think critically, problem-solve and analyze information to determine best business outcomes/scenarios and design technical solutions/process to support and solve business problems
  • Demonstrated success working effectively both independently and within collaborative work environments and teams
  • Effective systems design decision making skills and understanding their impacts on the business
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English is required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • SFDC Administration Certification; CPQ Specialist or Advanced Administration preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on Salesforce.com and all Sales and Customer Success systems
  • Designs the platform, processes and data structures that will influence the future of our business through Salesforce data, systems integrations, 3rd party applications and AppExchange products
  • Supports ongoing updates to Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
  • Drives overall health of company’s Salesforce.com instance and develop new business logic to support our highly dynamic sales process
  • Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SF
  • Establish and implement change control and best practices for system maintenance, testing, deployment, etc
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes
  • Keeps updated on Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain data architecture and data governance practices to align with business requirements and best practices
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across Salesforce and integrated systems
  • Balances stakeholder needs within Salesforce.com along with business objectives by meeting with stakeholders to better understand needs and finding ways to integrate requests while helping the business meet objectives
  • Identifies and resolves problems within Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and integrated systems
  • Performs other role related duties as assigned
