Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working with Salesforce
• 3+ Years of experience working with Handson Salesforce Administrator Experience
• 1+ Years of experience working with Sales Cloud Experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Advanced English Level

Responsibilities

• Solve business problems by customizing the Salesforce Platform
• Build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value
• Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform
• Gather requirements and identify improvements, applying best practices with focus on user experience
• Manage data to improve quality, implementing rules and automations
• User and license management
• Support and train users to improve adoption
• Use declarative tools to build automations
• Supervise technical documentation and perform demos
• Be up to date with Salesforce Releases and best practices
