Join our team as a Scheduler on a full-time, temporary basis to work on a new data collection project in the Bay area! As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for communicating with potential participants, screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based on their availability.

Requirements

• Work Location: Remote
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Project Duration: 3 weeks with possibility of extension

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates via email or phone and schedule appointments according to availability
• Validate candidates via phone call, adhering to project requirements
• Check participant availability for the project
• Answer participant questions
• Provide logistic information
• Schedule participants for a session time
