Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic calendars for individuals and teams
  • Proactively address scheduling conflicts, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and priorities
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures related to scheduling
  • Actively monitor and update multiple scheduling platforms, such as SupplyPro, SchedulePro, BWP, etc., used by builders
  • Participate in group chats with builders to facilitate effective communication
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in scheduling consultations for specialized medical fields, are highly valued
  • Familiarity with coordinating patient appointments and managing schedules for healthcare professionals is a plus
