Summary
Join Octopus Deploy as the Octopus Field Marketing Manager for EMEA and become the primary field marketing leader responsible for Octopusβs presence in the region. Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of marketing and demand generation experience in B2B - software toolchain space, preferably in DevOps/GitOps/Continuous Delivery
- Ability to travel to events & conferences across EMEA
- Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part event and demand generation programs
- Experienced in using marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Understanding of general demand generation concepts such as buyer journeys, personas, and sales pipeline
- Understanding of data and metrics to drive improvements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in technology
- English language fluency
- A strong work ethic, team-player mentality, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- A self-starter approach, willing to have full ownership of your region and projects from day one
- Understanding of how to work with the Revenue team and Partners to generate and advance the marketing pipeline
- Understanding the concepts of DevOps, GitOps, and Continuous Delivery to engage in a dialog with prospects, customers, and industry influencers
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute the overall regional marketing plan to support the revenue objectives for your region. This involves collaborating with the Revenue team, channel partners, and your marketing peers
- Execute best-in-class marketing campaigns in the EMEA market, both direct and with partners. This includes thought leadership, trade shows, lunch & learns, technical hands-on workshops, roundtables, webinars, ABM marketing, local advertising, and other tactics as appropriate
- Amplify our market position through social media and external influencers
- Partner closely with the Revenue leadership to tactically engage key target accounts
- Plan and execute marketing experiments to meet the unique requirements of your region and scale and automate successful campaigns that have shown strong ROI
- Closely track budgets, lead flow and follow-up, and results against goals. Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across the company
