Remote Senior Corporate Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Corporate Engineer and contribute to building and evolving our corporate IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with colleagues, create and deliver infrastructure and automation tools, and lead infrastructure changes. We are passionate about autonomy, purpose, cloud infrastructure automation, and good engineering practices.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (or an intriguing reason for not having one)
• Have 3+ years of experience as a modern IT System Administrator / DevOps / infrastructure engineer
• Have 3+ years of relevant corporate/SaaSOps engineering experience
• Be comfortable working across tools and tech stacks (we use and support both macOS and Windows)
• Be passionate about infrastructure as code and engineering productivity
• Be strongly aligned with agile, lean and DevOps values and principles
• Be able to read and write code in one (or more) languages, especially those more relevant to the infrastructure space
• Be a mindful, transparent, and communicative team member
• Be highly proficient in spoken and written English and have good command of German

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical colleagues alike from every part of the company to evolve our systems according to their and the company’s needs
• Create, build, test, deliver and support infrastructure, automation, and employees tooling
• Be a go-to person for corporate infrastructure topics
• Constantly learn and improve yourself and everything around you
• Lead infrastructure changes, evolve system design and foster good engineering practices
