Requirements
- BA or MS degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in website management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven expertise in leading web strategy and SEO functions, with a solid understanding of both development operations and SEO best practices; hands-on web development experience is desirable
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager; AEM migration experience is desirable
- Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes through strategic web initiatives
- Extensive experience with technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Google Analytics (or similar tools)
- Track record of driving measurable revenue-related performance improvements through website optimization, including conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing
- Expertise in leveraging websites to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics, data-driven decision-making, and reporting
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing global teams
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
- Experience in hiring, team development, and performance management
- Passionate, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to pivot to ad hoc tasks as needed
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy for our website, focusing on maximizing business outcomes across segments
- Prioritize initiatives that accelerate growth for both new and existing customers
- Oversee the product management of the web and manage a roadmap using product development techniques including: minimum viable product, validated learning, story points
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances our online presence
- Lead a team of SEO strategists to execute on multiple SEO projects on our SEO roadmap
- Drive alignment between paid and organic search efforts
- Oversee all web dev initiatives related to the website and lead a team of developers to ensure quality engineering and assurance practices are followed
- Constantly drive the improvement of website performance and optimize the customer journey through data-driven testing
- Enhance the user experience by implementing best practices in usability and ensuring the website meets the evolving needs of users
- Stay ahead of industry trends to provide a cutting-edge experience that drives engagement and conversion
- Lead strategic web initiatives to achieve business outcomes, leveraging technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and testing to drive measurable revenue improvements and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts
- Establish and manage an analytics framework to track website performance, SEO effectiveness, and user behavior
- Leverage data to inform decision-making, optimize the website, and report on key metrics and KPIs to senior leadership
- Work closely with key teams within marketing (e.g., Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Events Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and lead the team to execute at a high level
- Manage and optimize the web and SEO technology stack (e.g. WordPress and Semrush) to maximize business outcomes, improve customer experience, and streamline internal processes
- Focus on building new capabilities, experiences, and processes for both web and SEO; define and drive key performance indicators and success metrics for B2B content and experiences
- Lead and manage a global team, fostering a collaborative and highly engaged environment
