Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required)
- Around 5 years of experience in human resources, with knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting
Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including benefits administration, payroll processing, onboarding, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist with HR policy development, implementation, and enforcement
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Provide support to the Recruiter in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Handle administrative tasks such as daily procurement, employee scheduling, document management, and expense reimbursements
Benefits
$100,000 - $130,000 a year
