Job Description: Senior Human Resources Specialist

Location: 385 Tremont Avenue E. Orange NJ 07018-1095

Type: Full-time, Hybrid but mostly remotely

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Chart Review: Conduct a thorough analysis of the current organizational structure and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Organizational Position Planning: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to strategically plan the allocation of positions within the organization, considering present and future needs.

  • Position Description/Functional Statement Development (PD/FS): Develop accurate and comprehensive PD/FS for each position, outlining essential duties, qualifications, and responsibilities. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

  • Recruitment Requests: Manage the recruitment process by generating detailed recruitment requests, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and ensuring timely execution of recruitment efforts.
