- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for HR management and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Type: Full-time, Hybrid but mostly remotely
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Chart Review: Conduct a thorough analysis of the current organizational structure and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Organizational Position Planning: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to strategically plan the allocation of positions within the organization, considering present and future needs.
Position Description/Functional Statement Development (PD/FS): Develop accurate and comprehensive PD/FS for each position, outlining essential duties, qualifications, and responsibilities. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
