Remote Senior Insights Consultant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in project, account management, writing and analytics
• 1-2 years of management experience is desirable or experience demonstrating collaboration and delegation

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high quality products are delivered to customers
• Responsible for the final delivery of timely and high-quality reporting which speaks to the needs, challenges and objectives of the customer
• Ensures all requests and needs are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner in collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams
• Answers relevant questions/queries related to the client program, and proactively contact the client in between service reviews
• Leads on client comms during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary briefs and appropriate client training
• Leads customer presentations to present findings and recommendations on reporting
• Supports the expansion and revenue growth of the overall Insights Consulting division via the retention / upsell of current client services or supporting the onboarding of new clients and opportunities
