Requirements

  • BA or BS degree
  • 7-10 years of marketing operations experience with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, building scalable processes, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute complex marketing initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams, with a focus on fostering individual growth and building a high-performance culture

Responsibilities

  • Implement and refine processes that reduce operational inefficiencies, enabling teams to focus on strategic, high-impact work
  • Develop and manage end-to-end marketing workflows that support seamless execution of Consumer Marketing campaigns and creative processes
  • Lead collaborative efforts and streamline operations to foster innovation and shared success, supporting team alignment and scalable growth
  • Partner with client-facing teams to align marketing operations with client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables that meet and exceed expectations
  • Design and implement scalable tools, processes, and systems to grow the marketing and creative functions
  • Manage and mentor a marketing operations team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career development
