Remote Senior Manager, Strategic Corporate Development

Requirements

• 5-8+ years experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced scale-up in special projects, business operations, or any strategic role
• Previous PMI experience is a plus but is not required
• Solid track record of achievement - e.g. you have worked in a top-tier company/startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities or have won competitive awards

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between HR, product, finance, and operational teams to plan the integration strategy of our different acquisitions
• Oversee the execution of the integration strategy and work with different stakeholders to drive the process
• Manage strategic projects from start to finish on key business priorities, including developing business synergies between our various acquisitions and core businesses
• Identify opportunities, scope projects, and drive their cross-functional implementation
• Interact internally with all relevant stakeholders to support different teams and projects across the company from a strategic and business perspective
• Support M&A activities (pre-integration): identify acquisition opportunities, perform market and competitive landscape research, work on the creation of materials for strategic business reviews
