Requirements

• 7-10 years professional experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent experience
• Scrappy self-starter and a strong project manager with the ability to bring structure to undefined procedures
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead projects effectively with cross-functional partners, both internally and externally
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must, along with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Passion for sustainability and clean transportation solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the clean transportation industry
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and campaigns
• Oversee the creation of engaging content, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, case studies, and social media posts
• Lead the team in developing processes to track marketing work, statuses, and reporting
• Collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance CALSTART’s visibility and impact
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
